Public preview · Planned launch January 2027

Treasury InFocus is preparing to launch in January 2027, bringing practical treasury advisory, implementation leadership and fractional support to finance teams.

This website offers a preview of the practice and planned services, drawing on Cynthia MacGeagh’s experience in banking and corporate treasury. Client engagements will begin no earlier than January 1, 2027.

Working together

A clear scope.
A useful working relationship.

Direct client engagements and referred projects, tailored to the work you need done.

A practical path forward

Assess. Plan.
Implement. Support.

Begin where your organization needs help. These stages can form one engagement or be scoped individually, with ongoing support available after implementation.

01

Assess

Listen to stakeholders, map the actual work, and examine cash visibility, banking, processes and controls.

02

Plan

Agree on priorities and a roadmap. Define requirements, compare providers and solutions, and make informed decisions.

03

Implement

Coordinate teams and providers through dependencies, testing, rollout, training and operational handoff.

04

Support

Support can continue beyond the handoff through agreed reviews, guidance and fractional treasury leadership as your team takes ownership.

Deliverables, responsibilities and availability are agreed for each engagement. Post-implementation support is separately scoped.

Practical questions

Before we begin.

Do I need to start with a full assessment?

No. If your problem is already well defined, we can scope a specific provider evaluation, transition, implementation or recurring support need. An assessment is useful when priorities or root causes are unclear.

Can you work alongside our existing finance team?

Yes. The engagement defines how I work with your CFO, finance staff, operational leaders, banks and other advisers. Existing expertise and team capacity help determine the scope.

Can another adviser bring you into an engagement?

Yes. Independent engagements may originate through referrals or a collaborating adviser. Responsibilities, communication and client expectations are agreed before work begins.

How are projects and ongoing support structured?

Project engagements have agreed deliverables and boundaries. Fractional support has a defined cadence, responsibilities and availability. Fees and timing are established around the actual scope; implementation is priced separately from provider selection.

Will you advise, implement, or both?

Either can be scoped. Implementation leadership includes coordination, dependencies, testing, rollout and handoff. Technical configuration and integration responsibilities remain explicitly assigned to the appropriate client teams and providers.

What happens before an engagement starts?

We clarify the business need, relevant information, stakeholders, deliverables, responsibilities and decision rights. The initial conversation determines whether there is a useful fit; a written scope defines the work.
